Directions for use:
1. Connect the electrode wire to HiDow Foot Wrap.
2. Adjust and wear Foot Wrap. For women, insert short end of wrap into the foot. For men, insert long end of wrap into the foot.
3. Connect the electrode wire into the device.
4. Adjust intensity.

For best results, use HiDow conductor spray or water on the inner rubber lining.
